About these terms

IncrementalHub is a catalogue and community for incremental, idle and clicker games. These terms apply to the English and Ukrainian versions of the site. You may browse public pages without an account. By creating an account or using interactive features, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.

The Privacy policy explains how account and usage information is handled. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not create an account or submit content.

Accounts and sign in

Provide accurate information when creating an account and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where it results from a security failure outside your control. Do not impersonate another person, share an account to evade restrictions or attempt to access someone else’s account.

You may sign in with an email and password or, when available, through Google or Discord. Social sign in requires a verified email address. If that email matches an existing IncrementalHub account, the sign-in method may be connected to that account; otherwise, a new account is created. Use the password-reset flow if you need to set a password for an account created through social sign in. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Games and other content

Members can submit games, suggest updates, write forum posts and comments, edit profile information and send reports. Game drafts and proposed changes are reviewed before publication. Submitting a game does not guarantee that it will be listed, promoted or kept in the catalogue.

Make descriptions, platform details, links and release information reasonably accurate and keep them current when you can. Clearly identify any relationship that may affect how a game is presented. Do not submit misleading store links, malware, unauthorised personal information or material that you do not have the right to share. Imported information from external game pages must be checked by the submitter before it is sent for review.

Rights in your content

You keep the rights you have in your original posts, descriptions and uploaded images. By submitting them, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to let IncrementalHub host, reproduce, display, format, create technical image variants of and translate that content as needed to operate the catalogue, community pages and site previews. This permission is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership to us.

Other people’s game names, logos, artwork and trademarks remain their owners’ property. The IncrementalHub name, design, code and original editorial material belong to their respective owners. Do not copy substantial parts of the site or reuse another member’s work without permission. If you believe a listing or upload infringes your rights, contact us with the URL and enough detail to review it.

Community rules

Discuss games and ideas respectfully, including when you disagree. Do not post threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation material, spam, scams, malware or content that breaks the law. Do not reveal another person’s private information without permission, manipulate likes or activity, or use automated requests to disrupt the site.

Keep posts and comments relevant to the topic. Do not present advertisements or undisclosed promotion as independent recommendations. You may report a post or comment through the available report control; explain the concern clearly so moderators can review it.

Review and moderation

Administrators review game submissions and proposed edits, handle reports and moderate community content. They may ask for corrections, delay or reject publication, edit catalogue presentation, remove content, restrict a feature or suspend an account when material appears to violate these terms, others’ rights or applicable law, or threatens the service or its users. The response should reflect the issue and available information; not every report leads to removal.

Review is carried out by administrators. Automated technical checks may help detect invalid submissions or abuse, but they do not guarantee that published information is accurate or lawful. If you think a moderation decision was mistaken, contact us with the relevant page or account details and a brief explanation.

External services

Game pages may link to Steam, itch.io, a developer website or another external service. Purchases, downloads, payments and play on those services take place under their own terms and privacy rules. IncrementalHub does not sell the listed games and does not control the availability, safety or accuracy of external pages. Check the destination before opening a link, downloading a file or making a purchase.

Google and Discord sign in are also provided by those companies. Their services have their own rules. A problem with an external provider may temporarily prevent social sign in, while other available sign-in methods may still work.

Site availability and information

We aim to keep IncrementalHub useful and available, but features, listings and schedules may change. We may pause parts of the site for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Community submissions and external game details may be incomplete or outdated; verify important information with the game creator or destination service.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent the law permits, IncrementalHub is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party sites or user-submitted information that we could not reasonably prevent. These terms do not limit responsibility for our own unlawful conduct.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site, community features or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention through the site where practical. If you continue to use account features after updated terms take effect, the updated terms apply to that use.
